ICTS Department is responsible for the provisioning and maintenance of all computing facilities in the campus. Faculty, Staff or Research Scholars can request for computing facilities through their Chairperson or HoD. All requests for additional computing facilities are to be approved by the head of the institution.
All requests for computing facility maintenance (hardware and software) shall be addressed by the department through a computerized ticketing system. Requests for support can be either send by email to email@example.com (link sends e-mail) or through a phone call to Extn. 5331.
ICTS staff manages all computer labs in the campus.
