Guidelines for Sadgamaya Participants

  1. All participants are requested to be seated in the venue by 8:45 AM sharp for the inaugural ceremony. As the camp is being inaugurated by the Honourable Governor of Maharashtra, it is essential that we strictly adhere to formal protocol.
    Please note: Mobile phone usage is strictly prohibited during the session.
  2. Attendance is mandatory for all scheduled sessions. We kindly request participants to strictly follow the schedule and adhere to all instructions given during the camp.
  3. Bus transportation will be arranged from the hostels to the respective venues for all participants.
  4. Breakfast will be served from 7:30 AM to 8:20 AM at the First-Year Mess Hall, located near the basketball court, beside Amriteswari Hall.
  5. The Sadgamaya Registration Desk will be open from 8:00 AM to 8:40 AM near the venue. Please ensure that registration is completed within this time slot. To facilitate a smooth process, eight registration counters have been made available. Participants should be physically present at the registration desk to collect the welcome kit. Departments have to reach out to the desk allocated to them as charted.

  1. Lunch and dinner coupons will be placed inside the registration kit.
    • Kindly present the appropriate coupon at the entrance of the dining hall.
    • These coupons are valid from lunch on 12th June 2025 onwards.
  2. Accommodation for participants has been arranged as follows:
      • Male Participants: Kashyapa Bhavanam
      • Female Participants: Aditi Bhavanam
    • Participants are requested to bring their own blankets, personal toiletries, and any essential medications.
