Campus Visits and information:
Please read the following guidelines very carefully.
To reduce the risk and spread of COVID-19, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore campus established COVID-19 cell standard operating procedures (SOPs). It is preferable that all parents and students take two doses of vaccine before coming to the campus. Parents and students administered with one dose of vaccine and not fully vaccinated will have to take RT-PCR test and produce negative RT-PCR test certificate which is taken 72 hours prior to the visit date.
Campus visit for parents and students of 2020 batch and 2021 batch of UG & PG studying take place on any working day from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM after prior appointment. The expected arrival at the campus is before 2:00 PM, so that the campus visit can be accommodated securely. Visitors experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 like high temperature, continuous cough, loss or change of taste are requested to leave campus immediately if symptoms begin after your arrival.

Preferably in a day, around 50 numbers of students along with their parents shall be allowed. Your campus visits are self-guided. Only parents and students of study allowed. We recommend that all parents and students have download the COVID-19 app Aarogya Setu, developed by NIC, India. Install the app, switch on Bluetooth and location, set location sharing to “always”.
Place of Visit:
First Year Hostels - Academic Blocks - Admin Office in Academic Block I - Swimming Pool - Central Library - Sports Facility - Amenities Complex.
Parents can take their vehicles inside the campus, with COVID-19 precaution, movement of the vehicle is restricted to the above places of visit. The information details related to vehicle and members are registered on arrival at main security office. Maximum duration of your campus visit: 2 Hrs.
Campus Transport Support:
University bus will be available to the parents inside the campus. The university bus takes the parents and students inside the campus to the places restricted to mentioned above. The bus will start from Saraswati Statue.
Admission Document Submission:
Students who want to submit their admission documents in original will be coordinated by the administrative department. Parents and students should submit and verify the documents.
