You can use MATLAB in the following two methods.
Enroll in the MATLAB portal with your University Email ID. Once your are enrolled in the MATLAB portal, using your University Email id, you can can login to MATLAB portal and use MATLAB online.

Installed on your desktop/laptop
To install the MATLAB offline version in your personal computer, download the installer ISO file either from the MATLAB online portal (see above on how to access the online portal) or click here to download from the online drive hosted by the University.
