Bonafide Loan Certificate can be downloaded after logging into the Campus Management System (CMS). Please see below on how to login to CMS
You can access the Campus Management System at : http://intranet.cb.amrita.edu/welcome
You may update all your details in this portal. If there are mistakes in your email ID, Address, etc. please correct it in the portal. You can also upload all your relevant documents to CMS. It is recommended that you upload self-certified copies of your X, XII Marksheets, Transfer Certificate and Community Certificate if applicable.
You can also request for withdrawal and refund of fees through CMS.
University Email IDs for students will be provisioned for you (by 24th Sept). Please make sure that you login and update your password once the email is allotted. For attending the Orientation Programme you do not need any login.
You can access your email by going to http://intranet.cb.amrita.edu and clicking on the ‘University Email Portal’ link on the left hand side menu OR through http://outlook.office.com. Please ensure that you provide your mobile number and alternate email ID to ensure that you are able to reset your password if you forget it.
ICTS Department is providing online support during this time of pandemic. We have been addressing all issues and requests for online collaboration, Email, VPN, and other online services. Please feel free to contact the team any time for online services.
If you have not received you welcome email with the University Email ID and Password, please DO NOT contact the IT Support. You may contact the Admin Office @ +91-422-268 5509 / 5507 on any working day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

For technical difficulties after you receive you University Email ID and password, VPN credentials and other IT issues, you may please contact the IT Support. Contact the Level 1 support before escalating to next levels (Telephone support shall be available from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM on working days).
