Earth Day: A Call to Action is an event hosted by the Department of Mass Communication where we aim to raise awareness about one of the most pressing issues mankind is starting to face in parts -global warming. A few eye-opening details regarding global warming and the preventive measures will be taken on by Dr Maya Mahajan, followed by the screening of a gripping movie with a story revolving around global warming and its aftermath. Be sure to be there on 27 May 2024 at Sandeepani Hall.
Program Agenda:
1. Inaugural function: The event begins by seeking the blessings of God and the lighting of the lamp.
2. Chief Guest Speaks: Our Chief Guest, Dr Maya Mahajan, who will join us on the day of the event, will speak a few words on the issue of global warming.
3. Movie Screening: Get ready to enjoy one of the most thrilling and gripping movies ever made concerning global warming, which opens your eyes to one of the most devastating issues mankind is yet to face.
