Muthuswami Dikshitar Jayanti Celebrations 2022

The birth anniversary of Sri. Muthuswami Dikshitar, one of the great Trinities of Carnatic Music, falls on Wednesday 6th April 2022. On this occasion, Nadam would like to organize a special Music Listening Session on Muthuswami Dikshitar compositions. The session will comprise listening of recordings of eight compositions of Dikshitar, performed by senior musicians. Before each composition, a brief description will be provided. In addition, a brief biography of Sri. Muthuswami Dikshitar will also be presented by Nadam student members.
