INTRA CAMPUS LEVEL TOURNAMENTS TO CELEBRATE THE 75TH YEAR OF INDEPENDENCE OF OUR NATION (Tournament Dates: 10th to 13th August 2022)
The Department of Physical Education, Aagneya & Fit India Movement are jointly organizing an Intra Campus Level Tournaments from 10th (Wednesday) August 2022 onwards in the following events to celebrate the 75th year of Independence of our Nation as a part of AZADI KA AMRIT MAHOTSAV.

Note: Consolation Prizes for IV & V places will be awarded Rs.350 & Rs.250 respectively for Campus Races ( Sl No: 4 & 5) only.
II). Event Rules & Regulations:
1). Chess Singles ( Men & Women) :
a) Only the first 64 Entries will be registered on first cum first serve basis.
b). Total Duration of the match will be 2 Hours allotting one hour each.
c). Knock-Out System will be followed
d). In the case of a Draw, Tie breaking will be done with a rapid game.
2). Table Tennis (Men & Women)
a). Best of the three Games will be conducted to decide the winner.
b). Each game will consist of 11 Points
c). Only the first 32 Entries will be registered on first cum first serve basis.
3). Badminton Doubles (Men & Women)
a). Best of the three Games will be conducted to decide the winner.
b). Each game will consist of 21 Points
c). Only the first 32 Entries will be registered on first cum first serve basis.
d). Once the Registration is completed, the players must not change their partner.
4). 5 Km & 3 Km Race Events
a). Both Races will be conducted inside the Campus only.
b). Spot Entry System will be followed for Registration.
c). The participants must follow the approved route given by the Organizers.
5). General Instructions to the participants
a). The students who are staying inside the Campus during the tournament period (10thAugust to 13th August 2022) will be eligible to register for participation.
b). The participants must wear a proper sports dress code.
c). MS Teams Form will be circulated to the participants for Registration for all Game Events except for races which will be the Spot Entry Events.
d). All the participants must be present at least 30 minutes before the start of the event.
e). All the events will be conducted before and after class hours.
Registration will be closed on 08th August 2022 before 12 Noon.
Tournament Fixtures will be circulated as soon as we complete the Registration.
