In today’s watch, our society has witnessed tremendous growth with the vision of living but with the revolution, a serious concern has taken over the society that is, the distressing fact that we have to confront issues related to our mental health i.e. Stress.
Stress is a very complex phenomenon that we can define in several ways. However, if you put them together, it is basically the wear and tear of daily life. Stress management refers to a wide spectrum of techniques and psychotherapies for controlling a person’s stress level, especially chronic stress. If there is effective stress management, we can help one another break the hold of stress on our lives.
In this context, the Department of Physical Education and Aagneya is jointly organizing An Invited Talk (Hybrid Mode) on “Stress Management” on 28th June 2022 (Tuesday) between 5.30 pm & 6.30 pm.
We welcome all the faculty, staff members and students to participate in large numbers and benefit from this Invited Talk to lead a healthy stress-free balanced life
